Team Management & Roles
Flowtriq workspaces support multiple team members with role-based access control. Every team member sees the same nodes and incidents, but their ability to take actions depends on their role.
Adding Team Members
- Go to Team in the sidebar.
- Enter the person's email address in the invite form.
- Select a role: Admin, Analyst, or Read Only.
- Click Send Invite.
The invitee receives an email with a link to join your workspace. The invite link is valid for 7 days. If they already have a Flowtriq account, they are added to your workspace. If not, they create an account during the invite acceptance flow.

Full operational access. Can add/remove nodes, manage team members, configure integrations, and access all settings except workspace deletion.
Analyst
Focused on incident response. Can view everything, resolve incidents, download PCAPs, manage alert channels, and generate reports. Cannot add or delete nodes, manage integrations, or change workspace settings.
Read Only
View-only access. Can see dashboards, incidents, and analytics but cannot take any actions. Ideal for stakeholders who need visibility without operational access.

FAQ
How many team members can I add?
There is no limit on the number of team members. All plans include unlimited team members at no extra cost.
Can I have multiple owners?
No. Each workspace has exactly one owner. This is the person who created the workspace. Ownership transfer is handled manually through support.
What happens when a removed member logs in?
They are redirected to their remaining workspaces (if any) or to the login page. They no longer see any data from your workspace.
