Install the Module

Download the Flowtriq WHMCS module from the WHMCS Marketplace or from your Flowtriq dashboard. Upload it to your WHMCS modules/servers/ directory and activate it in WHMCS admin.

Configure Products

Create a new product or configurable addon in WHMCS and select "Flowtriq" as the module. Set your retail pricing, configure provisioning options, and add the Trust Badge to your order templates.

Auto-Provisioning

Nodes are created in Flowtriq automatically when a WHMCS order is accepted. Suspension, unsuspension, and termination are all handled through standard WHMCS provisioning hooks. No manual setup per customer.

Client Area Status

Customers see real-time DDoS protection status directly in their WHMCS product page. Active incidents, recent attack history, and agent health are displayed without exposing infrastructure details.

Trust Badge

Does the Flowtriq WHMCS module work with WHMCS 8+?

Yes. The module is tested with WHMCS 8.x and supports the latest WHMCS API. It uses standard WHMCS provisioning hooks and works with any WHMCS-compatible theme.

Can I auto-provision DDoS protection when a customer orders a server?

Yes. The module hooks into WHMCS provisioning events. When a customer purchases a product or addon that includes Flowtriq, the module creates a node in Flowtriq via API and returns the deploy token to the customer automatically.

Will my clients see Flowtriq branding?

Only if you want them to. With the white-label option enabled, all Flowtriq branding is removed from the dashboard and client-facing pages. Your clients see your brand only. The Trust Badge can also display your custom branding.

How does billing work?

You set your own retail price in WHMCS. Flowtriq bills you at the wholesale rate ($7.99/node/month with white-label, or $9.99/node/month standard). The difference is your margin. WHMCS handles invoicing and payment collection from your customers.

Can customers see their DDoS protection status in the WHMCS client area?

Yes. The module adds a DDoS Protection tab to the product detail page in the WHMCS client area. Customers can see real-time protection status, active incidents, and recent attack history without leaving your client portal.
