What is the $200 deposit?
The $200 is a one-time payment that gets applied as a billing credit to your workspace. This means your first $200 of per-node billing is covered by the deposit. After that, billing continues at $7.99/node/month. Flow sources (sFlow/NetFlow/IPFIX) are billed separately from $19/source/month.
Will my clients see the Flowtriq name?
No. When accessed via your CNAME domain, all Flowtriq branding is completely removed: logo, site title, tracking scripts, documentation links, public page links, and footer references. Your clients only see your brand.
How does the CNAME work?
In your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Route 53, etc.), create a CNAME record for your chosen subdomain (e.g. dashboard.yourcompany.com) pointing to whitelabel.flowtriq.com. Once DNS propagates (typically 5–30 minutes), click "Verify DNS" in your dashboard settings. We handle the routing and serve your fully branded dashboard at that domain. For HTTPS, configure SSL through your DNS provider's proxy (e.g. Cloudflare) or your own infrastructure.
Can I white-label multiple workspaces?
Yes. Each workspace can be independently white-labeled with its own domain, logo, and color scheme. Perfect for MSPs serving multiple clients or brands.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Billing is strictly per-node. You can invite unlimited team members to any workspace at no extra cost.
Can I deactivate white-label later?
Yes. You can deactivate from Settings at any time. Your customization settings are preserved, so you can reactivate instantly. The $200 credit is non-refundable but stays on your account.
Can agents report to my own domain instead of flowtriq.com?
Yes. Set a custom API domain (e.g. api.yourcompany.com) with a CNAME to api.flowtriq.com. Agents configured with your domain will report there, and your customers won't see Flowtriq in DNS logs, configs, or packet captures.
Do alert notifications show my brand?
Yes. Every notification channel is fully branded: email alerts, Discord embeds, Slack messages, SMS, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, Teams, and Telegram all display your company name and logo. No Flowtriq references appear in any notification your clients receive.
Can I manage my customers' nodes from one place?
Yes. The partner dashboard gives you a unified view of all sub-workspaces with node counts, active incidents, and health status. You can also create, update, and delete nodes in any sub-workspace directly from the REST API.
Is there an API for automating customer onboarding?
