What's included on every plan?
Everything. Is there an activation fee?
No. Never. No setup fees either.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major cryptocurrencies.

Can I use both agents and flow sources?
Yes. The agent plan includes basic flow ingestion (1 source, 1 dst IP). For more flow sources, add flow source pricing on top. They work together for kernel-level speed plus network-wide visibility.
How is a flow source counted?
One flow source = one collector node receiving flow data. Multiple routers can send to the same collector. You pay per collector, not per router.
Do I need to license my entire network bandwidth?
No. You pay per node or per flow source. A 3-router network costs the same whether you're pushing 10G or 100G.
What's the default retention?
7 days for PCAP data. Need more? Contact us for extended retention pricing.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
How long does setup take?
About 60 seconds. Install the agent, run one command, and your node appears in the dashboard. No hardware, no config files, no firewall changes required.
What is Flowtriq Shield?
Managed cloud scrubbing. Flowtriq detects the attack, routes your traffic through a GRE or WireGuard tunnel to our scrubbing infrastructure, cleans it, and returns it. Setup takes under 20 minutes. No BGP expertise required.
When is Shield launching?
Targeting Q3-Q4 2026. Join the waitlist to get early access.
Will Shield require BGP knowledge?
No. Simple Mode uses GRE + WireGuard with a guided setup. Advanced Mode with BGP announcements is coming shortly after initial launch.
