White-label transforms an entire Flowtriq workspace into a branded dashboard. Pay a one-time $200 deposit (applied as billing credit), customize your branding, point your domain, and you're live.
Your clients log in at your domain, see your logo, your colors, and your company name. They never interact with Flowtriq directly. You manage everything from the same dashboard you already know.
The $200 deposit isn't a fee. It pre-pays your first $200 of per-node billing at $7.99/node/mo. Once the credit runs out, billing continues seamlessly at the same rate.

User Management
Your users never see "Flowtriq"
Users access your white-label dashboard through your custom domain. They log in, see incidents, review PCAPs, and manage nodes, all under your brand. The word "Flowtriq" never appears.
Two ways to add users: invite them directly from the Users page (they receive a branded email), or enable self-signup so they can create their own account at your domain.
Assign roles to control access. Admins manage everything, analysts acknowledge incidents, and read-only users view the dashboard without making changes.

Point any subdomain at your own domain to whitelabel.flowtriq.com via a CNAME record. Once DNS propagates (usually 5–30 minutes), click Verify in your settings and your branded dashboard is live.
Works with any DNS provider: Cloudflare, Route 53, Google Cloud DNS, Namecheap, GoDaddy, and more. If you use Cloudflare, set the record to DNS-only (gray cloud) for verification to work correctly.

FAQ
Common questions about white label
What gets rebranded in white-label mode?
Everything your clients see: the dashboard logo, favicon, colors, fonts, sidebar, login page, invite emails, and browser tab title. The entire interface displays your brand with zero Flowtriq references.
Can customers tell it is Flowtriq underneath?
No. The word "Flowtriq" never appears anywhere in the white-label dashboard, login page, or email notifications. Source code and API endpoints use generic paths that do not reference Flowtriq.
How does SSL work on a custom domain?
SSL certificates are provisioned and renewed automatically when you verify your custom domain. You do not need to purchase or upload any certificates. The process uses Let's Encrypt and is fully managed.
Can I customize email notifications?
Yes. Invite emails and alert notification emails sent to users in your white-label workspace display your logo, company name, and brand colors. Recipients never see Flowtriq branding in any email.
Is there a minimum node count for white-label?
No. White-label is available to any workspace regardless of node count. You pay the $200 deposit and $7.99/node/month with no minimum commitment.
Is the $200 deposit a recurring fee?
No. The $200 is a one-time payment that's applied as billing credit to your workspace. Your first $200 of per-node charges are covered by this credit. After it's used up, billing continues at $7.99/node/month.
Do my users need a Flowtriq account?
No. Users invited to your white-label workspace or who sign up via your custom domain are added directly to your workspace. They never interact with Flowtriq, create a separate account, or see any Flowtriq branding.
Can I use Cloudflare for my custom domain?
Yes, but set the CNAME record to DNS-only (gray cloud icon) in Cloudflare. If you enable Cloudflare's orange-cloud proxy, domain verification may fail because Cloudflare's proxy hides the CNAME. After verification, you can optionally enable the proxy if you configure Cloudflare SSL to "Flexible" mode.
Can I white-label my existing workspace?
Yes, but activating white-label transforms the entire workspace. All users in that workspace will see the new branding. If you want to keep a standard Flowtriq workspace alongside a white-label one, create a new workspace first and activate white-label there.
Is there a limit on users?
No. White-label workspaces include unlimited seats at no extra charge. You only pay per monitored node.
Can I deactivate white-label later?
Yes. Deactivating preserves your branding settings but reverts the workspace to standard Flowtriq branding. Your custom domain stops working. You can reactivate at any time without paying the deposit again.
Can agents report to my custom domain instead of flowtriq.com?
Yes. Configure a custom API domain (e.g. api.yourcompany.com) as a CNAME to api.flowtriq.com. Your agents will report to your domain instead of flowtriq.com. Your customers will not see Flowtriq in DNS logs or agent configurations.
Do all notification channels show my brand?
Yes. Every channel is fully branded: email alerts, Discord embeds, Slack messages, SMS, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, Teams, Telegram, Grafana, and DataDog. Your company name, logo, and domain appear in all notifications. No Flowtriq references are visible to your clients.
Can I manage nodes across all my customer workspaces?
Yes. The partner dashboard provides a unified view of all sub-workspaces with node counts, incidents, and health status. You can create, update, and delete nodes in any sub-workspace via the REST API without logging into each workspace separately.
Is there an API for automating customer onboarding?
Yes. The REST API supports scoped token authentication with expiry, sub-workspace creation, node provisioning, incident queries, webhook registration, and threshold template management. Integrate with WHMCS, Blesta, or your own provisioning system.
Can I receive webhooks when incidents happen?
Yes. Register HTTPS webhook endpoints to receive real-time HMAC-signed callbacks when incidents start, resolve, or when nodes go offline across all your workspaces. Build your own NOC dashboard or feed events to your ITSM platform.
