Public Status Pages

Your customers see status.
Not alerts on X.

Create a branded public page at flowtriq.com/s/your-slug that reflects the real-time health of your servers. No login required for visitors. Powered directly by your Flowtriq detection data - zero manual updates.

How It Works

One URL. Always accurate. Zero manual work.

You create a status page, pick which nodes to show, set a public slug, and choose your accent color. Flowtriq generates a live page at /s/your-slug that reads directly from your node health data.

When a node goes under attack, the status page updates automatically - no webhook to configure, no API to call. When the incident resolves, it goes green again. Your customers see exactly what Flowtriq sees.

You control whether the page is public or private. Public pages need no login to visit. Private pages are only accessible to your workspace members.

What's on the page

Everything your customers need to know

Live node status pills

Each node shows its current state: Operational, Elevated Traffic, Under Attack, or Offline. Updates the moment Flowtriq detection changes status.

30-day uptime bars

Visual uptime history for each node over the last 30 days, with color-coded daily blocks showing incident vs. operational days.

7-day incident history

Recent incidents are listed with expandable rows. Click any incident to see attack details - configurable per page so you control what's shared.

Configurable threat details

Choose which incident fields to display publicly: severity, peak PPS, duration, source count, geo origin, and confidence score. Per-page control.

Custom accent color

Match the status page to your brand. Set any hex color as the accent - applied to the header, badges, and links throughout the page.

Public or private toggle

Flip between public and private without deleting the page. Private pages are only visible to workspace members who are logged in.

Status without a status page

What happens when you don't have one

No status page

  • Customers flood support with "is it down?" tickets
  • Social media fills with complaints and speculation
  • Your team answers status questions instead of fixing things
  • No single source of truth for what's happening
  • Customers lose trust because they're left in the dark

Flowtriq status page

  • Customers check the URL themselves - no ticket needed
  • Attack status updates automatically within seconds
  • Your team stays focused on resolution, not communication
  • 30-day uptime history proves reliability over time
  • Incident transparency builds customer trust

Maintenance Windows

Planned downtime, handled gracefully

Schedule maintenance windows per-node or workspace-wide so planned downtime never triggers false alarms. During an active maintenance window, all alerts are suppressed for the affected nodes, and your team is not paged for expected traffic changes.

Maintenance windows appear automatically on your public status pages. Visitors see a clear "Scheduled Maintenance" status instead of a misleading "Under Attack" or "Offline" indicator, giving them confidence that the downtime is intentional and under control.

Each maintenance window includes a custom reason and description, so your customers know what is happening and when to expect normal service. Windows can be scheduled in advance or started immediately from the dashboard.

FAQ

Common questions about status pages

Can anyone visit my status page?

If you set it to Public, yes - no login required. The URL is flowtriq.com/s/your-slug. If you set it to Private, only logged-in workspace members can view it. You can switch between the two at any time from the dashboard.

How quickly does the status page update during an attack?

Status pages read live from your node data. The moment Flowtriq detects an attack and opens an incident, the affected node's status changes to "Under Attack" on the public page - within the same second as detection.

Can I control what attack details are visible to the public?

Yes. For each status page you can toggle which incident fields are shown in the expandable history panel: severity, peak PPS, attack duration, source IP count, geographic origin, and confidence score. Show as much or as little as you want.

Can I have multiple status pages?

Yes. You can create multiple pages within a workspace, each with a different slug, different nodes, and different settings. Useful if you serve multiple customers or want internal and external views.

Is the Flowtriq branding shown on my status page?

Yes - a small "Powered by Flowtriq" label appears in the footer. This helps your customers understand the data is live and trustworthy, and helps us grow. There is no option to remove it on the current plans.
