Cookie Policy

Last updated April 28, 2026

This page documents every cookie Flowtriq sets in your browser, what it is for, how long it lasts, and whether it is strictly necessary for the site to function.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your browser across requests and sessions. Flowtriq uses cookies for authentication, security, and limited analytics purposes.

Cookies fall into three categories used on this site:

Strictly necessary — Required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality (e.g. login sessions, DDoS protection). No consent required under ePrivacy Directive Recital 66.

Functional — Enable optional features such as live chat. These activate only when you interact with the relevant feature.

Analytics — Help us understand how the site is used at an aggregate level.

What We Do Not Do

Flowtriq does not:

  • Sell cookie data or tracking profiles to third parties.
  • Use advertising networks or retargeting pixels.
  • Set cookies that track you across unrelated websites.
  • Use fingerprinting as a substitute for cookies.

Managing Cookies

You can manage, disable, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies (PHPSESSID, Cloudflare) will prevent the dashboard and security features from functioning correctly. Functional and analytics cookies can be disabled without affecting core site access.
